Landlord Fees Fee

Let Only fee:

  • Finding a suitable tenant
  • ID and references and Right to Rent checks.
  • Preparation of tenancy agreement and notices
  • Collecting and remitting security deposit and first months’ rent
85% of the first months’ rent including VAT

Full Management service includes:

  • Registering deposit with a Tenancy Deposit Scheme
  • Non-Resident Landlord Scheme (NRLS) where applicable
  • Preparation of Inventory and Check-in
  • Check-out and negotiating any dilapidations
  • Collection and remitting of monthly rent received
  • Rent Protection and Guarantee for initial rental period only
  • Property inspections and reports (two per annum unless otherwise agreed)

85% of the first months’ rent including vat

18% of monthly rent including vat

Termination charge of full management service 25% of the monthly rent

Additional services:

  • Gas safety certificate
  • Energy Performance Certificate



Rent renewal fee:

Renegotiating rent and tenancy agreement and renewing rent guarantee policy

25% of one months' rent
